Southridge Village Specific Plan is bounded by Jurupa Avenue on the north, Sierra Avenue on the east, the San Bernardino/Riverside County line on the south, and Mulberry Avenue on the west.
Project Description
The Southridge Village Specific Plan is approximately 2,640 acres in size. The specific plan is predominantly single-family residential with some multi-family residential areas at various locations throughout the specific plan. The Southridge Village Specific Plan has two commercial centers totaling approximately 158,000 square feet and a 4,800 square-foot McDonald’s restaurant within its boundary.
Also built within the Southridge Village Specific Plan are the following:
- Fire station at Live Oak Avenue and Village Drive
- Numerous park sites including the Jurupa Regional Park
- Seven schools - Six elementary and a middle school
