Master Case No. 23-059; Tentative Parcel Map No. 20744 (TPM No. 23-010); and Design Review No. 23-013 - Date of Hearing: Planning Commission Meeting of March 5, 2024. 

Update to the City of Fontana Municipal Code to amend to Chapter 30 (Zoning and Development Code). The Chapter 30 amendments include removal of the language that references the Development Advisory Board (DAB) in various portions of the code, clarify the noticing requirements within the Tentative Parcel Map and Tentative Tract Map section, add additional language to clarify the development standards for lot dimensions and the size of the common open size for the zoning district of the Form Based Code, add additional language regarding public open space in the Form Based Code, modify the language of the Accessory Dwelling Units and Junior Accessory Dwelling Units section of the code, and revise the language in the permitted uses table in the Industrial Zoning District.
